2 1/2 - 3 oz. Mixed Vegetables - Equal amounts of sliced mushrooms, pea pods, onion, celery, bean sprouts and chinese cabbage.
1 tsp. Butter
1 oz. Thickened Teriyaki
5 - 7 oz. Fish - cut into 1/2 oz. pieces
Saute vegies in butter for about three minutes, (Vegies should still be crisp). Pour out any extra butter and add 1 oz. Teriyaki sauce. Add fish and cook until fish is done.
